Job Description

A successful firm of Chartered Financial Planners, based in Clifton, require an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to provide support to our Paraplanners & Financial Advisers.You’ll be self-motivated, highly organised and process driven. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a friendly and cohesive team. A key part of your role will be to provide clients with an exceptional service, seeking to continually improvethe client experience as well as developing and maintaining ongoing client relationships.You will be working alongside Paraplanners, ensuring that all client administration is processed efficiently, in line with company processes and in a compliant manner.What will your day look like

  • Assisting with the onboarding of new clients, and process new business.
  • Liaising with product providers, DFMs and other third parties.
  • Handling client queries.
  • Maintaining accurate client records.
  • Processing clients’ requests for income, PCLS, Bed and ISAs, withdrawals, and portfolio switches.
We welcome applications from those who:
  • Have experience of working in an administrative role within an IFA firm (ideally 2-3 years) or a Platform Provider.
  • Are competent in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Are organised, pro-active and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a process-driven approach to work.
  • Confidently communicate, both in verbal and written form.
  • Can work independently but also be a good team player.
  • Have a minimum of 4 GCSEs Grade C or above, including Maths and English
  • Have experience of using the Enable back-office system - this would be advantageous, although not essential as full training will be provided.
We currently have hybrid working in place, with full-time staff expected to work from the office for 3 days each week.Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year (dependent on experience)Benefits:
