This organisation is a profitable and growing national organisation, providing a marketing-leading service to their client base.The company is backedby a larger Group that invests heavily into the business infrastructure, allowing ambitious members of staff to progress both locally and overseas. The current working model is 3 days on site and 2 WFH.About The RoleThe Finance Manager is a key hire to the business, supporting the Head of Finance as a true 2ic. The Finance Manager will play a leading role in the review and close of management and financial reporting processes, delegating the hands-on duties to the high-performingteam.The culture of the business is extremely inclusive and collaborative, so there will be times when youll need to roll up your sleeves and show the team how its done!The Finance Manager will be leading the budgeting and forecasting cycles across the business under the guidance of the HoF, while also nurturing / developing the Finance team.The Finance team consists of 8-10 transactional and part-qualified individuals, with3 of those making up your direct reports (team leaders).There will be ample opportunity to get stuck into process improvements across the business, with the HoF stating the Finance Manager can very much make the role their own. The HoF will expect the Finance Manager to deputise in their absence, so you will have exposure to senior stakeholders both inside and outside of Finance.The salary is pitched between £50,000 and £60,000 with a 15% bonus.About YouThe successful candidate must be a fully qualified Accountant coming from either ACA, ACCA or CIMA.Experience managing people is a must (teams of 4-5+), and youll need to be an open-minded, engaging individual to influence change and improvements where necessary across the organisation.The progression lies in the Finance Manager developing into a fully-fledged Financial Controller in the next 12-18 months.Please click on “apply” as soon as possible.You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.Due to the high volume of applications we receive it is not always possible to respond to unsuccessful applicants.
