Job Description

KM4Talent Finance are currently supporting a Leading organisation to hiring a Finance Business Partner based in Bristol.The Finance Business partner will support the UK business MDs where you will be responsible for client insight and profitability analysis/reporting for your region. You will also support in the UK Finance Director with delivery of sound financial information to enhance decision making.Key Responsibilities

  • Business partnering with company directors to increase financial efficiency
  • Budget and forecast ownership for client revenue by service across the UK, supporting the Financial Controller and Finance Director in delivery of timely and accurate planning cycles (budget/forecast)
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of a forecasting model, to accurately inform the top line trajectory of the business
  • Providing financial analysis
  • Looking at ways of improving processes
  • Support the business in the Finance Transformation Programme including systems upgrades implementation
  • Providing KPI analysis
    • Your Background
  • Previous business partnering experience
  • Strong financial modelling skills essential (advanced excel)
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to rapidly interpret, concisely explain and act on complex financial information
  • You will be a confident communicator and team player
  • Strong organisation, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Qualified ACCA/CIMA or ACA
  • Systems implementation experience desirable
  • ACCA/CIMA or ACA qualified
