They are an excellent established company that has a close-knit team orientated feel. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their service team in the South West. In return for your experience, they can offer you a rewarding career with ongoing training.The Role of the Field Service Engineer:Based in and around the Bristol, Cardiff, Swansea, Swindon area you will be field based, visiting a range of dental customers. There will be installations of traditional dental equipment - Adec, Belmont, Kavo, Sirona as well as dental decontamination equipment such as Eschmann, W&H and Smeg. Along with installations you will also be required to maintain, service and audit existing systems. You will also be providing training and support to customers. Prior experience working on dental equipment and or the use of decontamination/sterilisation units is essential.The Candidate for the Field Service Engineer:The successful candidate will be a proven dental field service engineer, looking to develop their skills and career further. Familiarity with traditional dental equipment or decontamination units is essential. Due to the nature of the environments you will be visiting, strong customer service skills, empathy, and patience will be required.
