Are you an experienced Sales professional, looking for a field based roleExperience of generating new business and developing current businessWant to join a team of long-standing, experienced colleaguesREED have partnered with a leading Food Supplier in Bristol, recruiting for a Field Sales Representative.This is a full time, permanent role. Experience in Sales and the Field is required. You will be inheriting a Custom base from the current job holder of 7 years, therefore lots of opportunities for you to develop and growbusiness and earn commission.Ideally were looking for experience within FMCG or similar, and a knowledge of Oxford, Swindon, Chippenham and Devizes areas would be advantageous.Youll be joining a team in Bristol of: Current (7), other Sales Rep (10), Team Leader (21) and Branch Manager (35) years experience in the sector.Youll be provided full pricing support from the Buying Team on negotiations and training from the experienced team.Package: Up to £30k basic salary. Company Van OR Car Allowance. Uncapped commission - Earn from new business generated, and increase in revenue of current business from Account Management.AboutResponsible for the development and profitability of all delivered business in conjunction with the Sales and Branch Managers.DutiesTo establish, maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customersTo work within budgeted cost parametersTo identify and develop new sales opportunities in accordance with the site targetsTo work closely with the Sales / Branch Manager to develop new opportunities within the regionTo maintain existing and generate new price files and tendersCompilation of sales brochure and buying matrix to assist customers in making decisions on the best value produce and associated productsCustomer care package to be designed and maintained to ensure the best service is being always delivered by the BranchLiaison with national accounts team to ensure compliance with terms of contract agreementsLiaison with sales, procurement, and operations teams at the branchLiaison with group marketing and technical teamsLiaison with National Accounts ManagerCo-ordination with Sales Manager /Transport Manager to manage distribution deliveriesClose working relationships are to be developed with existing and new customersExperienceEstablished field sales experience with a proven track recordFast-moving environment ideally with fresh produce experience would be beneficial but not essentialCommercially astute able to develop and exceed targetsCustomer focused with a high level of interpersonal and influencing skillsFull UK Driving Licence
