The Company recruiting for the Field Operations Manager:This fast-growing UK success story and looking grow their field-based operations team. They can offer genuine employee career development and extensive on-going training.The Role of Field Operations Manager:As a Field Operations Manager you will be responsible for a team of well-trained field-based brand ambassadors. Together you will provide premier hospitality solutions to a number of sites/locations. You will be training, mentoring, and coaching your teamto maintain the daily high standards throughout every site. Helping in all areas of the business your leadership and managerial skills will be challenged. Provided with market leading training you will be well rewarded both financially and with career opportunities.The Candidate for the Field Operations Manager:The ideal candidate will have worked in a leadership/mentoring role ideally as a regional based team leader or a field operations manager. Industry sector is not as important as your organisation, motivation, and vision. Having worked in a coaching, developmentor training capacity would be ideal as would having hospitality and/or food & beverage experience. If you fit with the criteria below, please go ahead and apply. Previous hires have worked as area managers for retail.
  • You will have managerial experience of multiple sites or employees
  • Experience within any sector is suitable however the hospitality, food/beverage and HORECA sector will be of significant advantage
  • Strong leadership, customer
  • You will need to hold a full driving licence
The Package for the Field Operations Manager:
  • £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary + Up to £10,000 bonus
  • Car allowance £5,300
  • Pension, full training & career progression
  • 25 days holiday including statutory bank holidays.
