Job Description

Title: MOBILE Facilities Manager (TEMP-PERM) Temp Salary: £19.23 p/h Min 13 weeks temping (Perm salary £40k)Start: ASAP-Temp to PermShift: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00Interviews: TBCAre you dedicated to delivering great service and want to join a growing company that looks after its people Have you got skills and experience in a similar role with a customer focused mind-set If so then we have got the role for you.In this role you’ll deliver FM services within a corporate/office environment. This will include H&S, compliance, statutory, contractual and company regulations and process. You will also oversee hard and soft services, building/estate maintenance and service charges.As facilities manager you will ensure exemplary standards of customer service delivery. You will lead by example and ensure that team building, staff morale and fostering great relationships are at the forefront of everything you do.Our Ideal candidate will need to have:

  • • Intermediate working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • • Full UK driving licence
  • You will already have extensive experience in property and facilities management gained within a commercial environment. It would be great if you have BIFM accreditation or hold similar FM qualifications, and hold IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications.You will work Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) between 0800 and 1700, however you will need to be flexible to meet the requirements of the role. You will frequently be required to travel to other sites in Gosport and Yeovil.
