Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a prestigious executive search organisation in Bristol, with their search for an Executive Search Associate to join a specialist white-collar government and defence division.This is a varied and progressive role, which will see you building an understanding of this specialist industry, candidate attraction, head hunting and market research, relationship building and networking, and working closely with Directors and Fee Earners.Key duties of the role will involve:- Project management and ownership of the delivery of assignments- Executing the search and selection process to attract the best talent- Selection and assessment of preferred candidates for target list developing through to proposed shortlist for the client- Completing research, mapping the market- Developing ability to conduct independently face to face candidate interviews, utilising a range of interview techniques- Management of all client and candidate interaction throughout the client’s selection and assessment process through to conclusion- Assisting in the presentation of the shortlist to the clientThe organisation has recently won an incredibly exciting new client, and so you will start this role with a new relationship and a new project to work on straight away.
