Job Description

Signature recruitment are proud to be partnered with a successful and fast-growing FMCG business in the hunt for a professional Email Marketer. You will be joining a fast paced, dynamic eCommerce team and taking responsibility for the companys email marketingactivity. This is an amazing opportunity to propel your career within a global business and learn under some of the best in the business.More specifically, youll be responsible for the management and deployment of the email marketing program. You will plan and execute marketing campaigns that are aligned with the wider content and acquisition strategies alongside setting up and maintainingpromotions ensuring path to purchase is clear and easily navigable.Responsibilities

  • Youll be responsible for email coding and deployment, along with customer database segmentation to maintain conversion rates
  • Monitoring and reporting on channel KPIs (e.g. open rates, clicks, opt-outs, impressions, etc.) and conducting ongoing tests on a daily and weekly basis
  • Continuously testing campaigns to maximize ROI and efficiency of email marketing channel
  • Ensuring list health by monitoring & maintaining email deliverability best practices and file clean up (spam rates, unsubs, inactive, etc.)
  • Building and maintaining regular email marketing campaigns that focus on new and lapsed shoppers
  • Overseeing and maintaining performance of automated email marketing campaigns such as Welcome and Abandoned Cart programs
  • Maintaining good relationships with internal support functions and external web agencies
Experience required
  • 2 years working within eMarketing and a solid understanding of email marketing
  • Experience in Email Marketing Program management
  • Solid understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills that enable leadership in cross departmental project management
This is a full-time role, working Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00. Salary is £27,000-£30,000 DOE. Based on the outskirts of Bristol the office is quite hard to reach by public transport, so your own transport will be needed for when the team are back in the office.Work is entirely remote for the moment until January 2022 with a hybrid working model being used after this (2 days WFH).
