Job Description

Moreabout your roleAs anElectricianyou will work on both tenanted and void properties carrying out general electrical repairs, testing and inspection and installation works on our domestic housing portfolio . Your main dutieswillinclude, responsive repairs, wiring andaccessory upgrades, fault finding, electrical installation and, fixed wire testing and inspection on void as well as tenanted properties, carrying out any necessary electrical remedial works.Youwillberesponsiblefor ensuring allworksare carried out on time and within the Groups policies and procedureswithregards to Health & Safety, housingmanagementand maintenance.Youwillbe working in the Bristol and South west area.Formoreinformation, please downloadourjob profileavailableonourwebsite.Moreabout youYouwillhave previous experience working within social housing or domestic properties andwillhave ideally worked as a responsive and or voids electrician previously.

  • A driving licence is essential
  • NVQ Level 3 inElectricalInstallation
  • City and Guilds 2382 relevant to the current edition of BS7671 (18thedition would bedesirablebut not essential)
  • As part ofouremployment checks, this rolewillrequire you to complete asatisfactoryBasic DBS check
