EIA Planner - BristolRef BR00026Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + benefitsThis is a brilliant opportunity for a knowledgeable and experienced EIA planner to join the well-established and successful EIA team of a world-leading, multidisciplinary consultancy with an enviable record of delivering a wide range of cutting-edge transitionprojects. The EIA team delivers EIAs for a wide range of high-profile projects across a variety of sectors, many of which are among the largest infrastructure projects in the UK. The team can proudly say that their projects make a real world difference, deliveringinnovative sustainable solutions across renewables, recycling, education, defence, industrial and commercial.In order to be considered for this role as EIA Planner, you will: * Be qualified to degree level in Town Planning or another relevant environmental discipline.* Hold membership of the RTPI or Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).* Have extensive relevant, UK-based, professional experience.* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Have experience in managing EIAs (for projects of all sizes) and managing multi-disciplinary project teams to meet tight deadlines and within strictly defined budgets. * Have a full UKs drivers licence.Working as an EIA planner you will contribute to, and lead, the delivery of EIAs in support of strategic mixed-use urban extensions, garden communities and major planning applications for high profile clients. You will use your skills and experience to deliversuccess, representing clients through the planning and EIA process, and taking responsibility for the delivery of high-quality outputs. You will also support a wide range of project management activities (including risk management, quality assurance, and financialtracking), mentor junior staff, and contribute to high project quality proposals.Our client is offering a generous salary, an excellent, flexible benefits package, training, and exciting opportunities for career progression.
