Were working to create a world-class eCommerce business for Pukka, and you will play a crucial part in delivering this.Youll be responsible for the day to day management of the Pukka Amazon UK account including driving its performance, ensuring its at the cutting edge of Unilevers eCommerce drive in the UK, and giving it exceptional focus and profile. As both the strategic and executional lead for all UK eCommerce business for Pukka, this role is an exciting combination of activity and skills; youll use insight to make strategic plans, whilst being incredibly hands-on in the execution, delivery and adaptation of those plans.Working collaboratively with the eCommerce Lead and a wide range of Pukka and Unilever colleagues, youll ensure that best practice is always applied to optimise online sales and your analytical lens to all aspects of your work will ensure opportunities for growth are maximised.About youMost importantly youll have an analytical mind and be able to use data and insight combined with gut instinct to make informed decisions. This will be matched with a strong creative flair with a desire and ambition to always think and do differently, and to innovate in the digital world. A natural team player, youll equally be a pro at individually pursuing and maximising opportunities and will be able to step agilely between big picture thinking and detailed project delivery.With working experience of managing and optimising an Amazon Marketing Services account, youll also have substantial experience executing online eCommerce strategies, ideally in an FMCG company. With a proven track records of launching products and meeting or exceeding expected targets, youll be able to draw on specific experience managing Amazon Vendor accounts.If you are to lead our UK eCommerce strategy youll thrive at pace, be resilient and turn challenge and obstacles into decisive and purposeful action.
