Job Description

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title:Early Years / Teaching Assistant End Point Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)*Trainee or Qualified Assessor Opportunity*Location:Home/Field based - Candidates must be flexible with travel across Bristol and surrounding areasSalary:£25,500 - £26,500 (Depending on qualifications + location allowance)Package:Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage, Pension + much more!Type:Full Time, PermanentFor trainee candidates; this is a great opportunity totransitionto a new and rewarding career withinthe training industry!Full training and support will be given to trainee candidates to achieve the Level 4 Assessor Coach qualification, upon achievement salary will be reviewed.Essential Criteria:

  • Must hold solid, occupational competency within an Early Years / Teaching Assistant role.
  • Ideally be a qualified Assessor and have experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in Clinical Healthcare.
  • Must be IT Literatetraining will be provided on company systems.
  • Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle.
Duties:
  • As an End Point Assessor you will responsible for completing a range of EPAactivities, both face to face and electronically,with Apprentices completing a range ofApprenticeship Standards within Education and Training, including:Early years practitioner;Earlyyears Educator;Early years Lead Practitioner;Teaching Assistant Assessor Coach;Learning Mentor;Learning & Development Practitioner
  • These EPA activitiesinclude: to carry out End Point Assessment, scheduling of EPAactivities, marking,grading and regular planningmeetings with candidates and employers.
  • Complete all necessary administration, ensuring that all data is processed and supplied in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of EPA, your vocational area, Apprenticeship Standards and evidence ofCPD.
  • Participate in standardisation and training activities.
  • Provide assistance to Apprentices, Employers or Delivery Teams, assisting with queries in a timely manner.
