Training and developing the next generation of childcare professionals is a hugely rewardingrole. Youll build solid relationships with your students and youll grow along the way too, whether by gaining new qualifications or applying your knowledge in new ways.What will you be doingDay-to-day, youll work with learners at their place of work to deliver apprenticeship training. That includes providing the support, guidance and motivation that helps them to get career-building qualifications. Youll also help them to achieve transferableskills (in Maths and English) if needed, managing your own admin along the way.Well support you to make the change into a coaching role with training, including in the technology we use, and ongoing mentoring.What will you bring to the roleA childcare professional, youll have lots of experience gained in childcare settings that is relevant and up-to-date. Youll also have:

  • At least a level 3 childcare qualification recognised by Ofsted
  • Knowledge of the Early Years curriculum framework (EYFS)
  • Experience of working in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and self-motivation skills
  • Experience of working autonomously
  • GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent)

Join us with at least a level 3 teaching qualification and youll start on £26,500. If you dont have a teaching qualification, youll start on £25,500 rising to £26,500 on completion of the Level 4 Assessor Coach apprenticeship.Youll also work flexibly, from home and out in the field, giving you the opportunity to fully support learners while enjoying a good work/life balance.
