Job Description

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a professional services firm in Bristol who are looking to recruit an Early Careers Co-Ordinator on a 12-month maternity contractThis is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in Early Careers programmes and enjoys helping to guide graduates and apprentices through the initial stages of their professional journeys.In this role you will take responsibility for supporting the Emerging Talent Programme and will be the primary point of contact for all trainees, assisting them throughout their journey as well as working with internal hiring managers. You will organise andarrange all department allocations, co-ordinate training initiatives, support the Resourcing Manager throughout the trainee qualification process and take the lead on trainee and onboarding inductions.Main duties will involve:

  • Lead & co-ordinate the graduate and apprentice rotation process throughout the firm
  • Act as the first point of contact for all graduates/Apprentice partners providing all advice, guidance, and support as required.
  • Lead on all inductions and onboarding for graduates and apprenticeships, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the business.
  • Ensure all training contract paperwork is ready for offers to be made throughout each recruitment cycle.
  • Manage the apprenticeship programme, working closely with training providers in the delivery of on-the-job training
  • Monitor all graduates performance during their contracts, ensuring all records are kept up to date.
  • Collect regular feedback from graduates on their experiences within each rotation.
What you will need:
  • Proven work experience within Early Careers, L&D or HR.
  • Understanding of Early careers programmes and an interest in helping people within their careers
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to positively influence decision making.
  • Ability to use your own initiative and think outside the box to improve processes
  • Pro active team player
