As a Lead Dynamics 365 Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications,while also driving the strategy and growth of our Power Platform support team and wider capability within the company. You will be a proactive, self-driven professional with a passion for Dynamics 365, DevOps and sharing your technical vision through leadershipand mentoring others within the team.Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications. Investigate and resolve complex issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimise downtime and maintain system availability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Dynamics support engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Provide guidance, coaching and training to enhance the teams technical skills and knowledge.
  • Strategy and Growth: Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the Dynamics support team, aligning it with the companys goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for growth, propose new initiatives, and lead the implementation of process improvementsto enhance the teams efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, platform engineers, and service managers, to ensure high-quality operational support of Dynamics 365 solutions. Collaborate on solution designs, deployment plans, and systemenhancements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies. Evaluate new tools, methodologies, and best practices to continuously improve the teams capabilities and enhance overall system performance.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures. Promote knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization to fostera learning culture.
About YouYou will have:
  • Proven Experience in a technical support role, with a focus on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications. Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
  • Dynamics 365 Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Finance and Operations, or other relevant modules. Proficiency with configuration and integration of power platform applications
  • DevOps Passion: Strong interest and passion for DevOps principles and practices. Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, such as CI/CD pipelines, version control systems is highly desirable
  • Leadership Skills: Prior experience in leading and managing technical teams. Ability to motivate and inspire team members, foster collaboration, and drive results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholdersat all levels
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiplepriorities
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Willingness to stay updated on the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 and related technologies
Desirable, but not mandatory, you may have:
  • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Experience with supporting Azure infrastructure, functions, serverless environments and their integrations, preferred but not mandatory.
