My client based in Aztec West, Bristol are recruiting for a Document Controller to join their team.The role is temporary for approx 12 months. The offices are based in Aztec West however they offer hybrid working.Role DescriptionAnexcellent opportunity for a Document Controller to join a global company.This role requires the individual to support the project and records management systems in line with company and station procedures.The individual will need to have good time management and communication skills. Primarily, this role is to support theProgramme team, and the team member needs to operate within priorities, objectives, and areas established by the team leader.ResponsibilitiesMaintain project documentation (including document numbering and revisions)Updating, receiving, and issuing project spreadsheetsDevelop and maintain good working relationships with theteam and client staffTo support the project teams to ensure that they are up to date with relevant informationChecking compliance and controlling project documentationProduce reports in a timely mannerTake an active role in setting up, implementing, managing, and improving the document management processCo-ordinating with other departments to ensure the information being processed complies with client requirementsLiaise with clients and sub-contractors regarding any queries relating to the information received and resolve these in a satisfactory and timely mannerTake minutes and actions during meetingsRequirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelMethodical, accurate and consistent attention to detailExcellent organisation skillsInterpersonal skillsPositive can-do attitude and willing to learn new IT systems and processesPrevious experience withdocument management systemdesirable
