Distribution Continuous Improvement / Project Manager 6 months Fixed Term Contract Bristol Area£75,000 - £85,000pa + benefitsGreat opportunity for a strategically thinking Continuous Improvement and Project Manager to join a multi-channel specialist retailer. You will need to be well-versed in using Lean techniques and process improvement tools such as Six Sigma, A3 thinking, PDCA, Process Mapping, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, DMAIC etc. These skills combined with your data analysis abilities will ensure you come well-armed to participate in continuous improvement projects within this busy distribution operation.On a day-to-day basis you will contribute to the improvement of productivity levels and costs through analysing site KPIs and practices to identify opportunities for improvements. You will document and communicate any proposed changes with due regard to H&S, warehouse layout plans / models and Labour. You will need to have excellent communication skills; infact your ability to interact across all levels along with your capacity to influence operational Line Managers will be a key element to your success in this role.If you have the skills and experience that we seek then we would be keen to hear from you.
