Job Description

  • Working on a digital transformation journey.
  • Using Adobe Analytics to understand customers.
  • Uncovering insights around customer patterns and journeys.
Working to analyse and review customer interactions across the ecommerce and mobile platforms for this well-known company. What youll be doing Youll work as a digital analyst working in a customer and insight lead environment to evaluate digital journeys and understand more about under the surface insight. Youll be building reports and dashboards and find new ways of automation while working toenhance and understanding of digital data. Youll look at customer segmentation and assist with self-serve analytics while also maintaining analytical reports. This role offers the chance to work alongside a partner who are a global leader in tech and are assisting in the execution of a companywide digital transformation. Youll take lead in working across the app and website to ensure that the customers have thebest experience with the company. What experience youll need to apply
  • Adobe Analytics Experience
  • Several years experience working as a Digital or Web Analyst
  • Ideally experience working with SQL
  • Visualization and reporting experience using Tableau or PowerBI
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience with tag management tools as a bonus
