Role - Digital Analyst Skills - Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Work Pattern - Remote - office when asked but very rareSalary - between £30,000 and £45,000 depending on experienceThis is a growing company who have had a very good financial performance over the last couple of years and as such, there has been a high level of investment within the data team. They have grown in both number as well as technical capability and they havebeen adopting and implementing new systems to improve the analytical reporting and capability within the company.The RoleThey are looking for someone with the right drive, an eye for detail and a want to develop. You will be a key member of their Analytics team and work alongside their Digital Marketing team, implementing digital tracking solutions to deliver key data insightsto assist with day-to-day decision making.This is an excellent opportunity to progress your analytics skills whilst working in a company who has an excellent reputation and is in a period of exceptional growth.Responsibilities.*Survey website visitor behaviour to implement targets, events, and funnels to provide recommendations on ways of improving the conversion rate*Track the performance metrics and trends within digital marketing data and identify opportunities for proficiencies and growth*Ensure weekly and monthly reports are automated, making sure that detailed analysis is added where needed to help teams make key decisions *Expose any website performance issues identified via Google Search Console *Operate across PPC, UX, SEO, affiliates, social media and broader channel performance to guarantee efficient reporting.*Ensure relevant stakeholders can access insightful reporting via Power BI to help with day-to-day decision making.*Plan and put in place digital tracking solutions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SuperMetrics and other third-party software.Essential Skills*Google Analytics*Google Tag ManagerDesirable Skills*GA4*PowerBI*SQLNext StepsIf you are a Digital Analyst and you are looking to progress with an organisation that has a fantastic approach to work in a supportive and creative environment, then look no further - this is the role for you!Interviews for this role will be held imminently.
