Weve been working with this Bristol agency for a little while and can honestly say that theyre some of the most enthusiastic and creative bunch weve ever worked with!Luckily, theyre looking for a digital designer who shares their enthusiasm to join their creative team. But, it wont just be design role youll be building websites too - cool opportunity, rightIf youre a designer who has a genuine fire in your belly but not afraid to get your hands dirty in code then this could be the one for you. You wont need to have in-depth knowledge of Angular or be a React expert but youll need to have a strong knowledge HTML, CSS. They have the facilities to upskill, train and mentor in other languages too.The other good thing is that youll be working side-by-side by their Head of Design who has an excellent eye and oozes passion for his design and team. Youll be a part of that! The design team itself consists of 7 in total, a mix of graphic and digital but they normally work in sprints for specific projects.Project wise theres a pretty big spectrum… One day you could be working on something small such as email design and then be working on a multi-lingual website for a huge wealth management company with over a million pages. Theyve also introduced Webflow in the last 12 months so having experience building websites using that would be beneficial.Were really looking for someone who is willing to put in the effort and be really keen. Its a normal thing for the designers to come in after working on their designs in their own time and share it with the team.
