You will be drawing on your expert knowledge of finance related systems and processes, from an education landscape, to provide excellent customer care.Customer support is at the heart of everything the company provides, with the role providing a new platform for a school finance expert to continue delivering first class service. Over the last 18 months, the company has grown into an expert provider of Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Reporting Software to over 470 schools and it is a great time to GET IN. Their solution helps MATs to produce robust and consistent financial plans whilst enabling them to accurately forecast outturns across their schools.You should consider yourself an expert of school-based finance software systems and be comfortable with investigating & logging faults and queries via the company’s CRM system.
