Job Description

An excited opportunity for 3 Customer Support Advisors to join an ambitious and growing Tech business based in central Bristol on a Permanent basis.Salary: £24,960 per annum for the 40 hours per weekHours: There are Full time and part time opportunities between 28 and 48 hours per week. There will be an opportunity for overtime at a rate of £12 per hour. Primarily weekdays however some weekends will be required so flexibility is needed.Shifts: Range of shift patterns between 06:30 and 21:00. Shifts include 06:30 - 14:30 or 06:00 to 18:00 or 13:00 to 21:00.This a challenging role in which you will be responsible for monitoring the clients personnel,handle calls and provide technical support. Candidates from a Customer Service, Light Technical, Help Desk or similar backgrounds would be well suited to this role.The Customer Support Role:

  • Monitoring systems and logging data accurately.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, including alarm callouts and customer enquiries.
  • General administration.
  • Tasking jobs to mobile patrol officers & supervisors
  • Key checks/audits.
  • Confirming shifts with officers, updating system with shift cover and making calls for staff requirements at short notice.
  • Completion of full in-depth reports of incidents and faults which may occur.
  • Provision of first level support to clients for the wider product and service offering.
  • Providing support to clients, their staff and their clients for use of products and services.
  • Carrying out initial triage of tickets that are received either via email or phone call.
Key Attributes and Skills Required:
  • Someone who is vigilant and has good attention to detail
  • Ability to stay composed when handling incidents
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Must be confident in the use of Windows Platforms and associated software. Ideally Apply devices too
  • Confident, friendly and helpful telephone manner
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Willingness to understand Software Development process
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ideally technically aware
