Job Description

Location: Bristol Temple Meads train stationPay rate: £12.00 per hour + £100 retention bonus Contract: The Rail replacement project runs from Saturday 20th & Monday 22nd - Sunday 28th January 2024Shifts: Saturday 20th & Monday 22nd - Saturday 27th January 2024 - Times: 0700-1900. Sunday 21st & 28th January - Times: 08:30 - 19:00Must be able to commit the full 11 daysThis project is helping with the rail replacement at Bristol Temple Meads. There will be buses in place of the trains during Saturday 20th - Sunday 28th Jan. As the first or last point of contact on a customers journey, youll be assisting the customers inthe station with queries and offering assistance as when required at BTM Helping the public to ensure they understand where to go during their journey, help them in and around the station and providing excellent customer care!Full paid training will be given.You will be involved in....

  • Directing passengers to their next suitable journey
  • Supporting customers needing assistance
  • Ensuring the safety of the station environment
  • Providing a friendly and personable service
