Job Description

Customer Service & Sales Support ManagerLocation: Bristol, Avon, BS13 7TWSalary: £25K - 27K pa, DoEContract: Permanent, Full timeHours: 40 hours per week (8.00am - 5.00pm)We a are a fast-growing online tools and equipment retailer looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, creative and dedicated Customer Service & Sales Support Manager to join our team based in Bristol.Customer Service & Sales Support Manager - The Role:To manage the day-to-day running of the customer service and sales support team, ensuring that the highest possible quality customer service is being delivered by the team, and make constant developments through monitoring, training and process implementation.Responsibilities include:- Managing and co-ordinating a small but busy customer service and sales support team.- Monitoring and reviewing team member’s communications in all forms.- Training the team to deliver an excellent quality of customer service through phone, email & chat.- Ensure the team maximise upselling opportunities.- Demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service, leading by example.- Develop reports and conduct analysis to improve performance.- Monitor and respond to third-party customer experience feedback and social channels.- Ensure all activities are organised and prioritised to set timeframes.- Liaise with the operations team to ensure customers’ delivery expectations are met.Customer Service & Sales Support Manager - What we’re looking for / Skills required:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Articulate and able to handle all kinds of customer contact.- Ability to train a team of people.- Ability to get the best out of people.- Work well under pressure.- Meticulous attention to detail.- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly outlook.- Ability to work organised and efficiently.- Enthusiastic and friendly.Terms:- 25K - 27K annual salary dependent on experience- 40 hours per week (8.00am - 5.00pm)- 22 days annual holiday (excluding bank holidays).- Permanent contract (after successful probation period).If you have the skills and experience we require and you enjoy working with friendly, professional people with a bit of fun thrown in, please click on the APPLY button and forward an up to date CV and cover letter.Due to the volume of applications we receive we are unable to respond to all applicants.
