Customer Service & Sales AdvisorSalary: £17-20,000 per annum (depending on experience)IMMEDIATE STARTContract: Permanent, Full timeHours: 37.5 hours per week (8.30am - 5.00pm)22 days annual holiday plus bank holidaysProgression is available for the right personThe role is office based with social distance measures in placeCustomer Service Administrator:Pertemps is pleased to be supporting our successful client - a fast-growing company in Bristol who are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, positive and friendly person to join a Customer Service Team in helping to deliver an exceptional level of customer service.Responsibilities include:- Providing excellent customer service using email, phone and live chat.- Problem solving when required.- Providing quotations for goods.- Taking orders and payments.- Processing product returns.- Working with bespoke computer software.- General admin duties.What were looking for / Skills required:- Previous customer service based experience - we can consider retail/hospitality background.
