Job Description

Customer Service Analyst required to join multi award winning Fintech company that is delivering some exciting new projects, developing at a rapid pace they need someone who is passionate about customer service to assist with the in app customer support.The Role

  • Working alongside and reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for responding to customer queries via our in app support feature and email.
  • Escalating complaints or issues to the Service Manager or broader team.
  • About you
  • You will have experience in a customer facing role.
  • As this role is using the in-app support chat tool, you will need to have excellent written communication skills and be able to give evidence of experience doing this.
  • Extra points if you have worked in an online support function or for an app and used software such as Intercom, Zendesk and Jira.
  • You will be sociable, approachable and always looking for ways to go that extra mile for our loyal customer base.
  • An eagerness to learn about financial technology and our product.
  • Comfortable working to own initiative but also a team player.
  • A positive can-do attitude and a sense of humour is a plus!
