Job Description

Are you a fluent French speaker looking for the chance to expand your customer service skills We are looking for French speaking individuals to take on the role of a Customer Service Advisor in the heart of Bristol City Centre.Red is recruiting on behalf of a leading insurance company, providing innovative solutions for each of their customers.   • Salary: £21,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm (37.5 hours)
  • Location: Central Bristol location in Queen Square, with strong transport links

Responsibilities of a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor:
  • Managing inbound calls, responding to customer queries promptly and efficiently
  • Completing necessary translations between French and English
  • Reviewing customer details and ensuring queries are answered
  • Investigating claims, obtaining accurate information and gathering necessary evidence to validate the claim
  • Liaising with Insurers
  • Arranging all necessary repairs and/or replacements with approved suppliers
  • Ensuring complaints are dealt with in line with FCA guidelines
Skills of a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor:
  • Fluent in written and spoken French and English, with an excellent command of both
  • Previous experience in an office environment or a customer service role is preferable but not essential
  • Confident communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Willingness to learn, and work as part of a team
  • Ability to comfortably handle complaint resolution
