Job Description

Customer Service Advisor Bristol £20,145 p.a. + benefitsAre you an outgoing, proactive person with a great telephone manner Develop your customer service career with this rapidly expanding training providerThe RoleAs Customer Service Advisor you will be part of the Sales Support Team. You will be responsible for:

  • setting appointments between potential learners and regional trainers
  • data quality checks on eligible learners
  • liaising with regional trainers on appointments and travel time
  • answering customer queries about courses or qualifications
