Job Description

We’re currently working with an established financial services firm based in Bristol to recruit for an Customer Service Advisor to join their team.This role is based from the office five days a week. The position would suit an individual with previous contact centre, telesales or customer services experience via the telephone or face to face. About our client

  • Our client is an established financial services firm located in the heart of Bristol. Their organisation, part of a larger group, is dedicated to providing financial education and regulated advice to esteemed public sector clients including NHS authorities,local authorities, civil service, police and fire services, charities, and educational institutions.
The RoleAs a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
  • Collaborate with Corporate Account Managers to meet client seminar targets
  • Service multiple clients, ensuring adherence to deadlines
  • Identify opportunities for seminar growth in collaboration with the Corporate Account Managers
  • Communicate directly with corporates via phone and email to gather necessary information
  • Ensure timely and successful service delivery according to client needs
The Package
  • Competitive basic salary up to £25,000
  • Bonus potential up to £4,500
