Job Description

Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join an insurance company who have been operating for over 150 years. This position will involve resolving customer queries. This role is located in Bristol City Centre and has a salary of £25,000per annum as well as many benefits.Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Salary: £25,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm (37.5 hours per week)
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Location: Bristol City Centre
  • Income Protection
  • EAP Counselling and 24/7 GP access (available for your family also)
  • Private Medical Insurance (After 12 months of service)
  • 29 days annual leave including bank holidays
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
  • Answering and making phone calls and responding to enquiries within target timescales
  • Confirming and verifying insurance details that are provided and accurately entering them into the database
  • Reviewing and responding to insurance documents and miscellaneous correspondence within target timescales
  • Dealing with high value clients
  • Translating documents as necessary
Key Skills of a Customer Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience in a customer service
  • Preferable experience within claims or insurance but not necessary
  • Excellent telephone manners and customer service
  • Able to use Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
  • Must have organisational and prioritisation skills
