Customer Representative, BristolAre you a dynamic and customer focused specialistCan you deliver exemplary customer serviceAre you a problem-solver who is resourceful and highly organisedOpportunity As a 4PL subsidiary of a leading global logistics provider, CAT VM UK is part of the leading international service providers in the field of outbound automotive logistics in Europe, providing a fourth party logistics service to one of the top four GlobalAutomotive Manufacturers.As a customer representative, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding service using communication skills to build and develop relationships, and ensure customers are kept informed of the process and any delays or issues are communicated ina timely manner. We Offer Salary of up to £30kBased in a modern office environment located in Bristol. Key responsibilities

  • Dealing with supply chain customer queries
  • Process day-to -day claims and derive a processing and resolution methodology
  • Support the sales team in performance evaluation and monitoring (Tableau Software)
  • Ensure the execution of the services sold to customers
  • Research and implement corrective action plans to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring achievement of monthly objectives
  • Participation in the management of current contracts and in the start-up of new contracts
  • Liaise with Operations
  • Master the types of accounts reflecting the various customer contracts and ensure good execution of contracts outside transport
  • Be able to offer additional benefits to added value
  • Coordination with Head Office Business Units / Departments
  • Support Key Account Managers in the management of customer contracts

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Be able to analyse problems and define solutions
  • Quickly understand and challenge processes
  • Able to pick up new systems quickly, with full training provided (eg JIRA, Power PI, SAP)
