Job Description

They are searching for a Customer Relationship Executive to join their friendly and supportive team. As a Customer Relationship Executive, it is your responsibility to manage and build existing customer relationships and contact lapsed customers and get them back on board.Salary between £26,000 - £31,000 (DOE) plus uncapped commission.The ideal candidate must have proven sales experience in exceeding targets in a customer focused environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • To carry out calls to customers which has stopped using their fuel cards.
  • Ensure all regained accounts draw in line with expectations.
  • Develop relationships with customers, recognising their diversity, in seeking to add value to the services provided.
  • Present and sell company products and services to potential & current customers
  • Ensure all contact information is recorded on the system in timely manner
  • Ensure all follow up procedures to all contacts are correctly maintained within the specified time scales.
  • Pipeline Management
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Ensure all KPIS are achieved on a weekly/daily basis
  • Assist credit control to gain information they require from Prospects/Customers to have an account open or to increase credits limit etc.
  • To carry out any ad hoc tasks as required from time to time.
  • Ensure all customer account notes are up to date specific actions performed in a timely manner
  • Handling all customer enquiries.
Skills required:
  • Excellent communication skills being able to communicate with people of all levels
  • Good Negotiation skills to manage customer expectations and capitalise on sales opportunities
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when under pressure
  • A positive attitude towards staff, customers, suppliers and prospects.
  • The ability to work on own initiative as well as in consultation with colleagues in a positive and harmonious manner
