Customer and Marketing Data Risk Lead Rate - Competitive (Inside IR35 through umbrella)Location - Bristol, Norwich, London twice a weekDuration - 6 - 9 MonthsWe are working with a leading financial services company as they look to recruit a contract C+M (Customer and Marketing) Risk Lead for 2024.The project that youll join is a huge Data Migration as our client look to replace their entire marketing system environment with state-of-the-art systems and capabilities including a Reltio based customer mastering system and enhanced customer journeys.The project has been in flight for the past year and the new strategic Customer Master system (SCM) is planned to go live in around 6 months.The Marketing systems will be integrated with the SCM system and our client is deploying Adobe Audience Management and Adobe Journey Optimiser for marketing profiling and campaign management. A single view of customer data environment is under constructionfor reporting and analytics.This person must be happy to provide 2nd line oversite to the above as there is a lot of data migration and software development in the project so you must be happy to roll your sleeves up and assist in all aspects when required.Experience / skills
