  • Manage and coordinate Repairs and Maintenance (R&M) quality assured programme and standards ensuring safe and sustainable workplace environment.
  • Develop and oversee a technical assurance framework for R&M that ensures and records compliance with standards and results in well managed safety, environmental and delivery risks.
  • Work with outsourced provider Asset Management and other key collaborators to co-ordinate our critical infrastructure management standards with other infrastructure - Finding opportunities and trends for efficiency through R&M innovation.
  • Manage service delivery compliance, performance, operational management of portfolio engineering infrastructure planned and reactive maintenance activities and ensuring that these are effectively planned and scheduled and undertaken on time and in accordancewith Statutory Legislation, appropriate maintenance specification and agreed SLAs, critical metrics whilst minimising KRIs.
  • Partner with key internal collaborators and vendors to identify costs associated with repair & maintenance accounts; monitoring budget for planned costs; demand unplanned costs; provide suggestions for re-projections based on trend.
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Proven experience and involvement business critical engineering systems.
  • Stakeholder management skills (both internal and external) with strong customer management and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to deliver results through others: harnesses external teams to deliver results on time, to required standards and in line with requirements.
  • Worked within a client contract environment requiring specific KPI performance measures.
  • Practical experience in working with supply partners to deliver a seamless, integrated service.
  • Customer services experience and the ability to communicate at all levels.
