Job Description Morgan McKinley is supporting a fast growing, international business based in Bristol to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager. Corporate Tax ManagerThe Role This is a newly created role which will offer broad exposure to various areas of corporate tax work, specifically encompassing compliance, reporting and project work. From a reporting perspective, you will be responsible for preparingthe Groups tax note for consolidated reporting under IFRS, including the annual financial statements, interim reporting and variance analysis. In relation to Tax Compliance, you will prepare the Groups Transfer Pricing documentation, including drafting corporatetax technical notes and managing the Groups withholding tax on the Groups financing facility. There will also be an opportunity to get involved in project work around tax processes and wider business projects. The Person To be considered for this role you will be a Qualified Accountant or Tax Advisor, with strong tax technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. You might be working in practice or already in industry, and a track recordin corporate tax is essential, including ideally some exposure to cross-border tax issues.
