The Digital Platforms division is key to Hargreaves Lansdowns success and will play an increasingly important role in HLs future strategy and growth asthe company continues its digital journey. As part of this journey, we are scaling up our Corporate Network capabilities within our Digital Connectivity Platform area We are therefore looking for a Corporate Network Tech Lead with experience in leading and delivering our technical strategy, who enjoysworking with a variety of technologies and people and wishes to further their career by helping us achieve HLs mission.Accountabilities

• Be the Service Matter Expert (SME) of the product, ensuring your knowledge of the product is up to date and relevant
• Understand the product road-map, including planned features available in future releases
• To identify inefficiencies in our current internal processes and/or systems to establish where improvements can be made
• Prioritise and implement the required improvement initiatives, improving service productivity and efficiency, and helping to close the service quality gap -
• Forming close working relations with the product stakeholders to ensure service is delivered in line with performance KPIs
• Review internal solutions and make certain they are technically feasible and optimum
• Assisting the Product Lead in forming the product strategy
• Working with the Product Lead to build, run and ensure the security of the product
• Act as technical point of contact for the wider product team
• Inspiring, coaching and guiding the team to ensure the delivery of outcomes to support the customer and business

Experience / Skills

• Substantial experience as a technical engineer or equivalent role, in a large enterprise environment, acting as Service Matter Expert
• Experience of implementing technology services based on agreed designs
• Experience in working in a regulated environment while maintaining excellent service delivery
• Leading and driving business initiatives across an organisation, including experience of working with others to deliver effectively
• Acting as technical lead when working with stakeholder groups
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain and articulate complex solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues
• The ability to coach, mentor and provide feedback to colleagues where appropriate

Interview ProcessThere will be 2 interview stages.
