REED are working with an exciting Client based in Central Bristol, recruiting for a Contractor Care Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.The company are really flexible and this role will offer hybrid working. Initially an office presence is required whilst supporting you with on the job training. But as you learn and develop and are comfortable in the role, you will have the opportunityto work remotely a few days per week.Were open on backgrounds for this role, but ideally mustve come from working in an Administrative role, have strong communication skills both written and verbal, be well organised, strong attention to deal and willing to learn.Duties: Dealing with all contractor queries such as, on boarding new starters, contractual related, compliance checks, payment dates and replying in a timely manner Seeking relevant information needed, to resolve any queries Responsible for making sure all required documents are received from contractors, and chase anything thats missing Support the team in busy periods, that take care of invoicing, contracts and payments with admin Liaise with contractors and recruitment businesses, on a day to day basis, making sure everything is running smoothlyRequirements: Highly motivated, with a high attention detail Ability to analyse notes and review work processes Communicate well with all levels, with a confident telephone manner Experience of working in a high volume, customer focused role would be beneficial, but not essential Strong IT skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Previous knowledge of contractors, recruitment or HR could be beneficial, but not essentialTraining: There will be on the job training provided from day 1, of which will be very hands on. Working in an open plan office, closely with other members/departments. Youll have the opportunity to learn from others, shadow/ask questions. Online training portals, templates, in-house legal and health & safety training, and seminars available to attend.Working Hours: Monday to Thursday - 9.00 - 5.30 Friday - 9.00 - 5.00Benefits/Perks: £20,000 - £22,000 Salary 25 days Annual Leave, plus Bank Holidays Pension Scheme Bupa Health Care Free Fruit Stocked fridge for lunches Monthly team outings Pool table Enjoyable team, with good banter
