Job Description

Key Responsibilites

  • Understand, anticipate and meet customer needs (internal and external) while building effective relationships
  • React positively to our internal and external clients through effective communication and personal availability
  • Counseling Center; including but not limited to; Record, distribute and close reactive calls in Concept
  • Provide excellent customer service by managing customer expectations and communicating information between the team and customers
  • Serve as liaison with the client on a wide variety of matters and attend to their needs while maintaining a solid working relationship.
  • Get quality and timely results
  • Work with knowledge of the needs and changes of the business and guarantee continuous improvement
  • Actively participate in a diverse and effective team
  • Communicate messages and ideas clearly and openly
  • Involve people and influence decisions. To comply with a reasonable request from management
  • Day to day roles include:
-Co-ordination of billing application, calculating margins, raising invoices and submitting to client-Raising Purchase Orders when required-Organising training-Processing supplier invoices and resolving any queries-Updating of attendance planner-Weekly report submission to include Wip, Debt, Invoice Pool and OPO updatesRequirments
  • GCSE passes in Maths and English or equivalent
  • PC based skills, with experience in Word/Excel and Outlook
  • Must be very customer oriented
  • Excellent basic knowledge of oral and written communication
  • Self-motivated and systematic
  • Results / task oriented, attention to detail and precision
  • Excellent time management and organizational talent
