You will be trained to ensure each interaction is handled professionally and ensure that each customer has their enquiry fully resolved to their satisfaction.Shifts patternWeek 1 - 3 - Monday - Friday start time between 08.00am - and 10.00am - variable can be on different shifts dailyWeek 4 - you will work Monday - Sun - working Sat OR Sun with a drop day in weekIn this varied and fast-paced role you will work as part of a team who work together to meet service and quality standards. As well as interaction with external clients, you will have interaction with many of the several internal departments and systems to help you provide the best service.
