Covering areas such as Agriculture, Private Client, Corporate & Commercial and Commercial Property with highly talentedbusiness leaders in each field – our client’s stature continues to grow.An exciting opportunity has become available for a Construction Solicitor to join our client’s highly regarded Bristol based team.The Opportunity:This is an opportunity for an experienced Construction Solicitor to our client’s team as a either an Associate or Senior Associate working primarily out of the Bristol office, however the option to work remotely is also available.Working as part of the wider Real Estate team – which comprise of over 30 other fee earners, your role will be to provide legal advice on a variety of contentious and non-contentious Construction matters.Sound knowledge of JCT, NEC is required as part of this role & some knowledge of FIDIC contracts is preferable, along with a clear understanding of working with collateral warranties and bonds/guarantees will help the non-contentious team.On the contentious side, you’ll need to show some adjudication, litigation and mediation experience. Overall, demonstrate a sounds knowledge and understanding of construction legislation and willingness to develop and grow within a small team.What’s needed to be considered
