Job Description

We have an exciting new opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused Coordinator to join our growing conference proceedings journals team at IOP Publishing.About the role:In a highly competitive environment, you will be the first point of contact for conference organisers, journal editors and authors, and will support the Publisher and Commissioning Editors in managing the entire process of commissioning and publishing proceedings content. You will prepare quotations and publishing agreements for customers and manage the efficient and accurate handover of manuscripts to the Production Department. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that systems are kept up-to-date with high quality data.We are looking for a candidate with great interpersonal skills who is able to maintain attention to detail when working to deadlines with a demanding workload.About you:Essential
