Commercial Broking Sales ManagerLocation: Bristol office (Hybrid / home working options available)Salary: £50,000 - £75,000, bonus, car allowance + benefitsThe Company:We are recruiting for a Commercial Broking Sales Manager in the Bristol area who has a fantastic reputation and impressive track record in development and new business and has experience working in the local area.The business is a chartered fast growing independent broker who offer excellent progression opportunities with organic new business growth and a heavy focus on recruitment.The RoleYou will be responsible for income production for your office and region. There will be a focus on yourself to develop your own account whilst mentoring and supporting the offices account executives and staff in order to achieve consistent growth of thebook.You will inherit a small handful of clients to get you started.Focusing on developing a strong presence in the local market you will have autonomy as to how you develop your sales pipeline, however managing and growing introducer relationships, networking events, marketing and cold calling will all be encouraged aspart of the strategy.There is flexibility over the areas of business you go after in terms of industry and any specialisms. The brokerage have access to most markets with niche offerings available.The business support growth and are committed to professional development so are willing to look at an ambitious account executive.
