Job Description

We operate in a socially responsible way, considering the environment and the communities we work in through our CSR program.Crown Worldwide Group currently has an opening for a: Cluster ManagerOverview of Role:Retain responsibility for your home branch in line with current responsibilities.Responsibility for the day to day service quality and operational excellence of all branches within the cluster. Specifically tasked to improve productivity, efficiency, quality and consistency of service delivery as well as improving staff engagement, participation and learning. Working closely with the National Commercial Manager to ensure CRM standards and processes are in place and adhered to at all times across all branches.Key Responsibilities:Performance Standards and Management

  • Driving and monitoring the effectiveness of the team against KPI/TQQ’s performance targets
  • Driving through change, as guided by the RCM and as needed, to deliver continual service improvement
  • Must maintain a positive and coaching style of interpersonal relationships with all teams, valuing each employee as an individual
  • Fostering an environment of teamwork to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and goals are met
  • Ensure all CRM workflows and processes are in place; working well and being adhered to at all times.
  • Attendance at relevant CRM conferences to learn and share best practice.
  • Financial
  • Work with the RCM to compile month end financials, review results and agree actions to ensure achievement of P&L budget across the cluster.
  • Review monthly DSO results with RCM and trend and agree actions to ensure achievement of budgeted targets.
  • Leadership/ Talent Management
  • Leadership of Brand Values
  • Setting high standards of conduct and instilling pride and passion throughout.
  • Management and motivation of direct reports including goal setting, interim and full year performance reviews as well as robust management of any staffing issues.
  • Work closely with Regional Operations Manager to identify skills gaps and training requirements throughout the operation
  • Ensure participation, and assist in the delivery of, CRM Operations Induction and Training Programmes
  • Compliance
  • Ensure all health and safety checks are carried out as required and relay any H&S issues to the RCM.
  • Ensure all site H&S records are as laid down in the H&S manual carrying out risk assessments where appropriate, addressing any risk matters identified during the assessment.
  • Compliance with all relevant business legislation and Crown policies
  • Achievement of RM TQQS goals as set by the Company each year
  • Ensure high standards of housekeeping exist within the branches to include keeping the yard and work processing areas clear of hazards and obstructions
  • Review audit results with RCM in support of ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, and 27001, to maintain accreditations
  • Promote a safe and healthy working environment including appropriate training for all employees
  • Support company CSR initiative and participate in personal CSR activity
  • On-going promotion of environmental initiative, seeking ways to reduce RM carbon footprint per SBE year on year
  • Skills/ Experience:
  • Previous experience as Branch Manager/Multi-Site Management essential.

  • Strong understanding of trading statements
  • Sound understanding of the sector and competitive landscape
  • Ability to represent Crown at client meetings and events
  • Sound understanding of operational and compliance related issues affecting the sector

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and display tact and discretion at all times
  • Solution orientated approach to problem solving and decision making
  • Well-developed administration and organisation skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Quality of service delivery as measured by CQS
  • Quality of Site Standards as measured by GSS Audit Score
  • Quality of employee engagement as measure by the GPTW Engagement Survey Results
