Generally you would be expected to work from the office twice a week, however, initially you would be in the office more regularly whilst completing training. You will receive full training and consistent support.Ideally you will be experienced in handling claims in insurance or have experience as a paralegal who has managed caseloads of claims against insurers.The Claims Handler role:Working as part of a an already established but growing claims handling team that handles professional indemnity claims, on an outsourced basis.
