Job Description

Civil Design Engineer – Bristol | £30K-£40KThis role will suit you if you’re tired of working at a big corporate consultancy with rigid structures. Here, you’ll be promoted on merit. And be part of an agile team while working closely with the best minds in the business.You’ll need a few years of experience working as a Civil Engineer in a design consultancy. Ideally, some experience working on highways or drainage engineering.If you join, you’ll be getting in early, close to the start of the journey for this consultancy. They’ve doubled in size over the last year and are a relatively new name in Bristol. For you, this means plenty of room for progression as the company continuesto grow.Civil Design Engineer – what’s involved

  • You’ll mainly be working on development projects for a variety of residential and commercial clients.
  • Drainage and highways engineering will fall into your remit, along with external works and earthworks engineering.
  • You’ll be working with software such as AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and InfoDrainage/MicroDrainage (the industry is transitioning to InfoDrainage so you’ll get training if you need it).
Promotions happen here based on merit – if you’ve been working hard and doing great work, you’ll be rewarded.
