Change Lead - CommercialOur client is looking for an experienced Change Lead with an immediate start on a 6 month contract.They need to significantly step change performance and know exactly what needs doing and have a very clear plan and list of improvement activity that needs to be delivered. They are struggling for capacity at the moment and need someone to come in and grab hold of the plan, to work with the stakeholders and to make sure that the team deliver the prioritiesThe Change Lead will have experience of Commercial (i.e. understands a P&L). and have good analytics skills and could support with analysis as well as delivery.This role is Outside IR35 and will involve 3-4 days per week onsite in the Avon/Gwent area
