The post holder will provide daily support to the Dispatcher and Dispatch manager.Liaising with control, they will ensure that manning levels are maintained on a daily basis to provide adequate cover at all times during operational hours.They will demonstrate care and understanding of patients needs by ensuring that Ambulance Personnel and Co-Ordinators have necessary and appropriate skills and equipment on a daily basis to transport patients.Working pattern 4on 4 off 11:00 - 23:00.
