Job Description

About the role Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our Major Projects team to work in Avonmouth. What youll be doing As a Business Support Administrator you will have the following accountabilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the coordination of Vetting & Onboarding as well as business support across Avonmouth & HPC.
  • Ensure records are maintained and kept up to date.
  • Responsible for the Resource Tracker.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Resource Tracker.
  • Working with Vetting Coordinators/ Internal vetting departments/site employees/client/HR.
  • Working with the onboarding team to ensure all staff are recorded on the resource tracker.
  • Support the vetting & onboarding coordinators by liaising with, delegates and suppliers to ensure smooth entry to site.
  • Processing paperwork.
  • Support compliance internal and external audits.
  • Support the vetting department with all administration duties.
  • Maintain accurate up to date information.
  • Work closely with Business Support.
