The Company:Our client is a firm of independent financial advisers with offices in central Bristol. They have been established for over 35 years ago and specialise in retirement advice.The Job:On their behalf we are looking for a Business Supervisor.. In this role you will be leading a small team responsible for the processing of new and existing business this busy Bristol IFA. Monitor and organise the work flow within the department on a daily basis Check communications/documentation for accuracy before dispatch to clients Answer queries from the team Communicate with clients on a regular basis Ensure that all processes within the implementation team are being followed compliantly Supervise and provide technical support to the team as required Deal with any complex cases to ensure the client obtains the best possible outcome Tracking the process of all new business against the expected timeframes and investigate cases that go beyond these Responsible for overseeing project work and report the results to the Management Team Ensure there always are sufficient staff available to process work and answer queries. Liaise with HR on the recruitment of additional and replacement staff when applicableThe Person:For this role, our client is ideally looking for someone who has a passion for giving a high level of service. They are looking for someone who has an always learning attitude to be able to deal with a variety of different challenges.
